• Discover Malai – an innovative, sustainable, and cruelty-free material made from coconut water waste. Learn about its origins, production process, and unique texture

• Learn the basics of punching holes for stitching

• Learn saddle stitching and hand-stitch your own card holder

• Apply finishing techniques for a refined look

At the end of the workshop, you'll leave with a beautifully crafted, unique, eco-friendly card holder - a practical, personal creation to be proud of!
• An introduction about the innovative, sustainable material Malai - its story, production process, and sustainability

• Demonstrations - step-by-step guidance to walk you through the process

• Printed instructions - Clear, supportive directions to help you create your piece

• Practice piece in Malai material

• Pre-cut Malai material for your card holder, available in your choice of Natural, Madder Red, or Charcoal Black (I'll be in touch to confirm your colour choice)

• Thread - A variety of colours to choose from on the day

• All necessary tools provided for in-class use
• A minimum of 2 participants are required to run a workshop.

• Full payment must be made at least 3 days before workshop date to secure your booking. No bookings are confirmed until full payment has been received.
