SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order that they have been received.

Shipping times may vary depending on where the order is to be delivered. Occasional delays may occur during peak periods or in the case of unexpected events.

If the order could not be delivered for reasons not attributable to us, we shall assume that you wish to cancel the order and the item(s) will be returned to us. As a result of the cancellation of the order, we will return to you all payments received from you, excluding the delivery fee charged for the order (if any) and a 20GBP process fee will be deducted from the refund.

Please note that refunds will only be made after we have received the returned order.

CUSTOM DUTIES / TAXES / VAT

Any items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable to your country. Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties / import fees / taxes / VAT charges. These fees are paid to your local carrier and/or government, and are not implemented or collected by The Lovely Things, and thus cannot be refunded.

Alter London does not have control over these fees and cannot confirm if there would be fees or estimate what the fees would be, since customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.

If you fail to pay these charges and the parcel is returned to us, we will refund you the cost of the item but we will not be able to refund your original shipping costs and a processing fee of £15 will be deducted.
